Statement of Agreement
I understand that the programs offered are by a nontraditional, religious educational institute. I agree that I will use any certificate and/or diploma I receive in accordance with applicable laws in the state in which I reside. I understand that this certificate and/or diploma program does not qualify me to practice medicine or any other government practice reserved currently by state law for licensed professionals. Additionally, I understand that no employment will be offered to me as a result of taking any certificate and/or diploma program from Nwamara Institute for Integrative Health & Research Development, LLC (NIIH).
I understand that I need to complete all assigned course readings and assigned activities by the end of each course. The assigned readings and course activities will be presented at the start of the course. I understand that feedback will be provided to assist with measuring transformative comprehension of Indigenous Medicine and Traditional African Practice. Hence, I understand that all work must be completed individually.
I understand that if I am on an installment plan, payments are due as agreed upon. If a payment is not submitted within the agreed period, a $40 late fee will be applied to my account. If a payment has not been made to NIIH, within the agreed period, I will be placed on Inactive Status until payments are made current. By being placed on Inactive Status, I understand that I will not be permitted to complete coursework and access to any course material will be denied. I also understand that NIIH reserves the right to make changes to the inactive status policy and that the limits of the inactive status policy listed here include everything mentioned but is not limited to those items.
I understand the terms of the cancellation policy are as follows: Due to the propriety materials and content of each NIIH course, online course orders are NOT eligible for refund (non-refundable), cancellation or transfer to another NIIH course or program. We MAY approve a refund/transfer request provided the student meets the following requirements:
- The student MUST notify us of his or her desire to transfer or cancel IN WRITING prior to accessing the online course and within forty-eight hours of enrollment payment. Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) using the contact form at the bottom of this page: AND;
- The students must NOT HAVE ACCESSED the course content.
By registering for any program, I am stating that I agree to abide by NIIH aforementioned policies and understand that any decision made is at the discretion of the representatives at NIIH, as they abide by the stated policies.
