The Payment Plan
The payment plan is a signed contract between the student and the Institute. There are two payment plan options for this program. The first payment plan option consists of a 20% down payment of the total cost of tuition. This option requires students to pay 20% of the tuition and fees (after subtracting books and supplies) at enrollment, plus a $25 enrollment fee. For example, the Naturopathic Herbalist two-year program cost is $5,950, plus $1,400 for books and supplies. At enrollment students will be required to pay a $1,190 down payment, plus $25 for enrollment fees. Students are responsible for the cost of books and supplies. After down payment, the student’s responsibility for the remaining twenty-three months will be $198.33. A $40 late fee will be assessed after selected due date.
The second payment plan option consists of an 10% down payment per annual tuition. This option requires students to pay 10% of the tuition and fees (after subtracting books and supplies) at enrollment, plus a $25 enrollment fee. For example, the Naturopathic Herbalist two-year program cost is $5,950, plus $1,400 for books and supplies. At enrollment students will be required to pay a $595 down payment, plus $25 for enrollment fees. Students are responsible for the cost of books and supplies. After down payment, the student’s responsibility for the remaining twenty-three months will be $223.13. A $40 late fee will be assessed after selected due date.

This option requires students to pay 30% of the tuition and fees (after subtracting books and supplies) at enrollment, plus a $25 enrollment fee. For example, the Natural Health Practitioner one-year program cost is $2,000, plus $600 for books and supplies. At enrollment students will be required to pay a $600 down payment, plus $25 for enrollment fees. Students are responsible for the cost of books and supplies. After down payment, the student’s responsibility for the remaining eleven months will be $127.27. A $40 late fee will be assessed after selected due date.

This option requires students to pay 50% of the tuition and fees (after subtracting books and supplies) at enrollment, plus a $25 enrollment fee. For example, the Clinical Researcher six-month program cost is $1,050, plus $200 for books and supplies. At enrollment students will be required to pay a $525 down payment, plus $25 for enrollment fees. Students are responsible for the cost of books and supplies. After down payment, the student’s responsibility for the remaining five months will be $105. A $40 late fee will be assessed after selected due date.
